QuadBoss Universal UTV Arched Ramp (94" x 18" / 7.8ft x 1.5ft)

The QuadBoss Universal UTV Arched Ramp (94" x 18" / 7.8ft x 1.5ft) is engineered to provide a smooth, reliable loading experience for off-road vehicles. Built to accommodate utility terrain vehicles and heavy equipment, this ramp features an arched design that provides essential clearance, preventing bottoming out during loading and unloading.

Designed with durability and safety in mind, it combines high load capacity with lightweight handling. Whether loading into a truck bed or onto a trailer, this ramp delivers the structural integrity required for secure vehicle transport.

Features

• Arched Design: Offers increased clearance to avoid bottoming out when loading low-profile vehicles.
• Robotic Weld Construction: Delivers high structural strength in a lightweight, easy-to-handle build.
• High Weight Capacity: Supports up to 1,500 lbs. individually and 3,000 lbs. when used as a pair.
• Adjustable Security Straps: Includes required security straps to ensure safe and stable ramp placement during operation.
• Warranty Protection: Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Arched Design and Clearance

Featuring a distinct arched profile, this ramp increases clearance as vehicles transition from the ground into your hauling bed or trailer. This curvature reduces the breakover angle, protecting the underside of low-clearance UTVs from scraping or getting hung up during loading.

Robotic Weld Construction

Constructed with precise robotic welding, the lightweight frame provides maximum structural integrity without adding unnecessary weight. Weighing only 32 lbs., it allows for simple positioning, setup, and transport without compromising durability.

High Load Capacity

Engineered to support heavy off-road vehicles, a single ramp features a weight capacity limit of 1,500 lbs. When used as a pair, the combined load capacity reaches up to 3,000 lbs. Ensure the selected weight capacity well exceeds the overall vehicle weight, including the rider and all attached accessories.

Why It Stands Out

The QuadBoss Universal UTV Arched Ramp (94" x 18" / 7.8ft x 1.5ft) delivers exceptional performance through its high weight rating, lightweight design, and enhanced clearance. Its durable robotically welded construction and included safety straps make it a dependable loading solution for utility and off-road vehicles.
