Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging with all hardware and paperwork included.

How to start a return

Email customersupport@fasttoysparts.com or call (619) 646-7938 with your order number and the item you want to return.
We will reply with a return authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. Our parts ship from our distribution partners' warehouses, so returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Restocking fee

Change-of-mind returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
