Moose Offroad Yamaha Wolverine 1000 / 850 (2018-2025) Front Differential Bearing and Seal Kit

Moose Offroad Yamaha Wolverine 1000 / 850 (2018–2025) Front Differential Bearing and Seal Kit is a complete service kit designed to rebuild the front differential on Wolverine 1000 and Wolverine 850 platforms across that year range. It replaces the internal bearings and seals so shops and owners can stop leaks, reduce noise, and restore smooth 4x4 behavior without replacing the entire front differential assembly.

\This Moose Offroad kit fits the front differential of the Yamaha Wolverine 1000 and Wolverine 850 (including X2/X4‑style builds and EPS variants) from 2018 through 2025, matching the shared Wolverine front‑diff layout used on those trims. It’s a consolidated set of bearings and seals, making it a “one‑box” solution for front‑diff rebuilds when wholesalers or end‑users see leaking oil, bearing noise, or play in the front end.

Features

  • Complete front differential bearing and seal kit for Yamaha Wolverine 1000 and Wolverine 850 (2018–2025 overlapping years).
  • High‑speed EMQ‑quality bearings for smooth operation and extended life under Wolverine‑style torque and trail loads.
  • Type TC rubber seals with garter‑spring inner lips for improved sealing against water, mud, and debris.
  • Rubber‑covered outer‑diameter seals that resist corrosion and abrasion on the front‑diff carrier edges.
  • Full‑kit layout so the front differential can be rebuilt in‑place using the OEM carrier and ring‑and‑pinion while keeping stock 4x4 behavior.

Moose Offroad (About)

Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.

In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.

As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
