Moose Offroad Universal Spot Sprayer Kit

Tackle spraying tasks efficiently with the Moose Offroad Spot Sprayer Kits, designed for convenient use with your UTV. Available in 15-gallon and 25-gallon capacities with various pump options, these complete kits provide a reliable solution for applying herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, or water over lawns, fields, or property lines. Each kit features a durable, corrosion-resistant polyethylene tank with convenient features like volume indicators (gallons & liters), a 5-inch fill lid with tether, molded wand clips, large hose wrap horns, and a molded-in drain port with cap and tether for easy emptying (25-gallon models include a full-length drain sump).

These kits come equipped with a 12V diaphragm High-Flo pump (performance varies by model), a hand wand with an adjustable pattern tip, and a 15-foot hose, allowing for versatile spot spraying with significant reach (up to 30' horizontal / 18' vertical throw). The 25-gallon models also include a 96" lead wire with an on/off switch, fuse, and quick disconnect for easier electrical hookup. Made in the USA, these sprayer kits require securing with straps or tie-downs (not included) in your UTV bed or cargo area. Choose the tank size and pump performance (GPM/PSI) that best suits your needs. Note: The 15-gallon/1.0 GPM model is not suitable for use with sprayer booms.

Construction & Materials

The tank is formed from high-quality polyethylene selected for corrosion resistance and impact durability, suitable for use with common agricultural and lawn-care chemicals. Molded structural features are integrated directly into the tank design to ensure strength without unnecessary bulk. All wetted components are chosen for chemical compatibility and reliable performance over time.

Performance & Coverage

Maximum horizontal throw reaches 30 feet, with vertical throw up to 18 feet — providing ample range for trees, fences, boundaries, and large properties. Performance specifications vary by configuration to suit your specific needs:

  • 15 Gallon model: 1.0 GPM flow rate at 35 PSI operating pressure
  • 25 Gallon model (2.1): 2.1 GPM flow rate at 60 PSI operating pressure
  • 25 Gallon model (3.8): 3.8 GPM flow rate at 45 PSI operating pressure

Design & Convenience

Thoughtful molded-in details enhance everyday usability. The large fill opening simplifies refilling, while the dual-unit volume indicator lets you monitor levels at a glance. A full-length drain sump on 25-gallon models helps ensure complete drainage and easier cleaning. Integrated hose wrap horns and wand clips help keep the unit tidy during transport.

Electrical & Controls

All models operate from a 12V power source. 25-gallon configurations include an on/off switch, fuse, and 96-inch lead wire with quick-disconnect for straightforward electrical hookup. The diaphragm pump provides quiet, reliable operation suited to extended use in the field.

Installation & Mounting

The sprayer is designed for secure placement in an ATV or UTV cargo area. Straps or tie-downs are required for safe mounting and are not included with the kit. 15-gallon models do not support boom attachments.

Why It Stands Out

Moose Offroad Spot Sprayer Kits combine durable chemical-resistant construction, integrated convenience features, and consistent 12V pump performance into a ready-to-use system. With three tank-capacity and pump-performance combinations available, you can select the flow rate, pressure, and volume that best match your typical coverage area and chemical application requirements.

Moose Offroad (About)

Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.

In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.

As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
