Moose Offroad Polaris Ranger 800 / 500 / Crew 500 / 400 (2010-2014) Front Differential Bearing and Seal Kit

Moose Offroad Polaris Ranger 800 / 500 / Crew 500 / 400 (2010–2014) Front Differential Bearing and Seal Kit is a complete internal‑service kit engineered to restore smooth, quiet operation and proper sealing in the front differential on these mid‑size Ranger platforms. It includes all the critical bearings and seals needed to perform a full front‑diff rebuild, helping eliminate whine, play, and gear‑oil leaks without replacing the entire differential assembly.

This kit is designed specifically for Polaris Ranger 800, Ranger 500, Ranger Crew 500, and Ranger 400 UTVs from 2010 through 2014. It covers the main load‑carrying bearings and sealing points inside the front differential so the front axles can reliably transmit power while staying sealed against dirt, mud, and water during trail and work‑site use.

Features

  • High‑speed EMQ‑grade ball bearings for smooth, durable rotation.
  • Type TC rubber‑lip seals with garter‑spring inner lips for strong sealing.
  • Rubber‑covered outside‑diameter seals keep gear oil in and contaminants out.
  • Replaces worn bearings that cause whine, clunking, or axle play.
  • Direct‑fit for OEM front‑diff housings and axle layout.
  • Designed as a cost‑efficient alternative to a full front‑diff swap.
  • Supports both hard‑trail and utility‑oriented Ranger use.

Moose Offroad (About)

Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.

In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.

As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
