The Baja Designs 2024-2026 KTM 350 / 500 EXC-F Triple S1 "Hydra" LED Headlight Kit w/ Hi-Low Harness (D/C) delivers premium off-road illumination using three high-performance S1 LED lights in a compact replacement headlight assembly. Developed in partnership with Motominded, the Hydra system provides exceptional vertical and horizontal light spread, giving riders improved visibility across technical trails, dual-sport adventures, and high-speed desert terrain.

The lighting configuration combines two S1 Spot lights for long-range projection with one lower-mounted S1 Trail Moto light that broadens the beam pattern for enhanced foreground and peripheral illumination. Each S1 produces 2,320 raw lumens, while the included Hi-Low harness plugs inline with the factory wiring to retain use of the OEM high/low beam switch, dimming the lights by approximately 20% on low beam. The kit also features a KTM-specific OEM connector for true plug-and-play installation without modifying the motorcycle's wiring.

Lighting Performance

The Triple S1 Hydra system utilizes two Spot lenses to project light farther down the trail for higher-speed riding, while the lower-mounted Trail Moto lens increases vertical and horizontal light spread for improved foreground illumination and smoother beam blending. Each S1 produces 2,320 raw lumens while drawing 20 watts and 1.42 amps. The included Hi-Low harness allows the lights to operate at approximately 20% output on low beam and full output on high beam using the factory handlebar switch.

Installation

The kit is designed specifically for 2024-2026 KTM 350 EXC-F and 500 EXC-F motorcycles and installs using the included KTM-specific OEM connector for a true plug-and-play installation. The supplied Motominded Hydra mounting bracket, Hi-Low harness, and mounting hardware simplify installation without requiring permanent wiring modifications. Bike must have 200W Stator.
