Baja Designs 2012-2018 KTM 690 Enduro R XL40 LED Headlight Kit (D/C)

The Baja Designs 2012-2018 KTM 690 Enduro R XL40 LED Headlight Kit (D/C) is a purpose-built LED lighting upgrade designed specifically for the KTM 690 Enduro R. Inspired by the flagship XL80, the XL40 delivers an impressive 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination while drawing just 43.5 watts, making it ideal for motorcycles equipped with lower-output OEM stators. Built-in high and low beam functionality provides full output on high beam and approximately 1,435 lumens on low beam for versatile on- and off-road lighting performance.

Paired with Baja Designs' Trail Lens, the XL40 produces a balanced vertical and horizontal beam pattern that enhances near-field and peripheral visibility while eliminating harsh hot spots. This kit replaces the factory headlight and includes a KTM Hi/Low Harness for true plug-and-play installation. Engineered with Baja Designs' premium LED technologies and backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Lifetime Warranty, the XL40 is built for dependable performance in demanding riding conditions.
