This flat tubing disconnect provides a practical, removable connection point for tubing assemblies. It lets you quickly separate sections of bumpers, cages, or racks to access engines, spare tires, and other vital components without permanent modifications.

Precision CNC‑machined in‑house from 1018 mild steel, it features a sturdy design with a large weld chamfer and extended insertion length for proper alignment and strong welds. Two 3/8‑16 socket head cap screws secure the halves, and both bolts install from the same side for easier mounting in tight spaces.

Ideal for custom fabrication and off‑road builds, it works reliably on Jeeps, tube buggies, side‑by‑sides, and ATVs, offering both structural strength and convenient service access.
