AJK Offroad Short Flat Tubing Disconnects

These short flat tubing disconnects provide a compact, removable connection point for tubing assemblies. They let you quickly separate sections of bumpers, roll cages, or racks to access engines, spare tires, and other components without permanent modifications.

Precision CNC‑machined in‑house from 1018 mild steel, they feature a shorter profile to fit tight spaces and mount closer to tube bends. A large weld chamfer and extended insertion length ensure proper alignment and strong welds. Two 3/8‑16 socket head cap screws secure the halves, with both bolts accessible from the same side for easier installation.

Ideal for custom fabrication, they work well on SXS, UTV, Jeep, tube buggies, and other off‑road vehicles where space is limited.
