AJK Offroad Flat Tubing Disconnect with Thru Bolts

This short flat tubing disconnect provides a secure, removable connection point for tubing assemblies, allowing you to quickly separate sections of bumpers, roll cages, or racks. It simplifies access to engines, spare tires, and other vital components without permanent modifications.

CNC‑machined in‑house from 1018 mild steel, it features a compact short length ideal for tight spaces and placement near tube bends. It uses two 5/16‑18 thru bolts with nylon locking nuts that seat securely inside the disconnect body, and a large weld chamfer ensures proper alignment and strong welds.

Designed for custom fabrication, it works reliably on SXS, UTV, Jeep, tube buggies, and other off‑road vehicles.
