AJK Offroad Flat Tubing Disconnect (1.25")

This flat tubing disconnect creates a secure, removable joint for tubing assemblies, making it simple to separate sections of bumpers, roll cages, or racks. It gives you quick access to engine components and other vital parts without needing to cut or permanently modify your build.

Precision CNC‑machined in‑house from 1018 mild steel and made in America, it features a long insertion length and large weld chamfer for accurate alignment and strong welds. Two 5/16‑18 socket head cap screws lock the halves together, and both fasteners install from the same side for easy mounting in tight spaces.

Designed specifically for 1.25” OD DOM tubing, it works well on SXS, UTV, Jeep, tube buggies, and other off‑road vehicles.

Construction & Fit

It is engineered to fit 1.25” OD DOM tubing with either .095” or .120” wall thickness.
